Favday collects personal and other data to present you with a Service in relation to our partner establishments that is the most suited to your expectations.
1. Collected personal data
The personal data corresponds to all information that can be used, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with others, to identify you individually (geolocalisation data is concerned, for example).

Other data corresponds to anonymous (browsers, operating systems, web browser history, screen time for our service, etc.), or collective information. Favday collects and utilizes this information to better understand how users make use of our Services. 3. Providers collected data
When the user makes purchases on the Platform, Favday also collects data from the payment providers. It can include login name given to the provider and also some financial data necessary to complete the monthly membership purchase. Without this data collection, the user will not be able to use the Platform.
Favday collects and uses your Apple Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) and/or your Google Advertising ID (AAID) to identify your mobile device and authorize activities linked to our Services. These numerical values are not consistently linked to your device, and depending on the operating system, can be reinitialized by the user in the system settings.

When you sign up, you provide us with data that we collect: registration data, demographic data (name, phone number, email, password, country, location).
When you use the Favday Platform, we automatically collect data, personal or not, relating to the Services and the way you use them. This data is necessary for us to offer the Services related to your membership, to respect our legal obligation, and to improve the quality of our provision.
Favday collects data related to the monthly payment transactions. This data is necessary for the proper implementation of the contract between the user and Favday.
We collect location data with your IP address or your GPS device to offer the user the best possible experience. If you desire, you have the possibility to control or disable the location services for each app in the settings menu of your device. Your location data is collected from your service provider or from the device on which you use our services.
Data related to your interactions and connexion with the Favday Platform is collected. Cookies and other similar technologies are also used by Favday.
When you connect to various social media, Favday can collect data related to your account or your profile. You can choose to login and connect via a social network.
When you take part in a survey or profit from promotions or contests, we collect demographic and eligibility data as well as your contact information.
When you enter a contest or profit from promotions, we can ask you to provide us with personal data (name, address, phone number, age and any other necessary data to participate).
Favday also collects answers provided during surveys.

Favday takes, adapts and improves technical and organisational measures to protect your data against all loss, manipulation and non-authorized access at all times. All personal data linked to bank card payments are encrypted during transmission in the most secure way so that no external parties can access them.

You can access and update your personal data by accessing your account. You can ask Favday to update incorrect and incomplete personal data and data you cannot update without the help of Favday.

11.3 Personal data safekeeping and deletion.
Favday keeps the personal data during the whole period necessary for the execution of the contract between you and Favday and to fulfill our legal obligations. If you decide you do not want us to use your data anymore, you can ask us to erase your personal data and consequently close your account on our platform. Favday however reserves the right to keep the personal data that is used for our legitimate commercial interest, necessary to respect our legal obligations. Data provided to others may still be available on our Website. We can also keep some data not linked to your username in our database.
